Hey everyone. i have been doin my same routine for a while now so i figure it is probably time to switch it up so i have a couple questions to help me get the most out of it.
#1 Bicep curls- i plan on doin sitting hammer curls, then go to EZ bar preacher curls, and then EZ bar reverse curls(on the outside). Is this a good setup or what? i do 3 sets of 8.
#2 How do i figure out what my 1 rep max is if lets say i grab
a weight that is too low so that i am able to do a 2nd rep but then when i grab a higher weight it is to hard since i would have drained myself a bit. i have never done 1rm so im not sure.
#3 ive been reading that deadlift incorporates a ton of muscles but whenever i have done them i have never felt it in my biceps. i am doin bent legged over/underhand deadlifts.
#4 i am doin skull crushers, dips, and cable pulldowns 3sets of8 for tri, is this good to continue with?
oh and my schedule is
mon-chest/bi
tue- legs/abs/calves (yes i know they are part of legs)
wed-shoulder/tri
thu-back/abs/calves
thanks for all your help but mostly thanks for reading this post.

#1 sounds good
#2 google...u can find calculators '1 rep max caluclators'...usually just for big 3 lifts...less accurrate for other lifts
#3 deadlift hits more forarms, back, hips, ...biceps are stabilizers...for more direct impact try pull ups and chin ups...
#4 yes

schedule looks good...
