Since I have started woking out I have been using Muscle Milk, but my losses were minimal and after a long period of inactivity, I decided not to use it anymore. I have some extra that has been lying around (recent purchase)and have been using the one scoop method. Is this efficient or should i just switch to evo pro?
Any routines you guys recommend for me to ease back into my habit? 1hr of cardio a day is a must seeing I am a big dude.
