A calcium magnesium zinc vitamin can help with cramps in general. They come as one pill.
Lower back exercises like dead lifts, good mornings, dead lifts from the waist, half superman, superman, back hypers will help especially if you are doing a good ab workout.
In short, work your lower back from the back , front and sides as much as possible. You will need to use the Google to find some of these movements. Some are in the fitness resources on this sight.
