What I usually do is have a protien shake. Once in a while Iwill have some baked lays or some pringles (lite). The protien shake gives you the sweetness and the filling. Good luck

Ooooooooh lol those cravings are horrible!!!!! I know I know...... (o;
What you need to do is write down your diet (plan!), eat enough calories AND allow yourself a cheat meal once in a while. Now when you get the cravings look in your agenda and see when you can cheat and STICK TO IT!!!
Now of course you can try to fill up your tummy with water or herbal tea, get some chewinggum or go out for a long walk.......
Good luck!!

Another tip is to make sure you are getting all of your 90 essential vitamins and minerals. If you already are doing that daily then I would get a B Complex Vitamin and take that with the meal closest to the time of day you get the craving.

Constantly set new goals. How many times have you seen someone lose a large amount of weight, only to regain it all plus a few added pounds. What happened? Once the target was hit, the celebration began. If new goals were already in place, the celebratory meal would be just that...one meal. Then the successful transformation artist would be right back on track with a keen focus on the next goal. Whether it's the next contest, a photo shoot, looking great at your 25th reunion and children's weddings or just simply getting into a certain pair of jeans, set a goal, go after it and set another before the process is over.
