I started lifting heavily about 2 months ago, i took cell tech for about 4 weeks but i never did the loading phase and i only took it on the days i worked out (mon./wed./fri.) I have been off it for about a week and a half. I think im going to start taking creatine burst, but only 5g (instead of 10g) everyday for a month. I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts or recommendations on this idea.
