Hey, a friend at school told me that if i want to increase muscle mass faster that i should take creatine. I am not sure what it is, and if it is safe to use. My friend uses it and then works out, and he is pretty built and he tributes the sucess to this creatine stuff. does anyone have any info on it, and do u reccommend it??

Not knowing YOUR lifestyle, it's hard to give you good info. Please fill out your profile so we can help you.
Creatine is safe to use, but not recomended at a young age because it is not needed. There are different forms available.

No one can attribute their sucess to supplements. as has been posted on here many times, supplements account for something like 3-5 percent of your results. the rest comes from training and diet. Supplements like creatine arent that benefical if you are not advanced already, because it should still be easy for you to gain muscle.
