Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

Hi all. Im 15 years old, and im wondering about the whole creatine thing. Half the people ive talked to about it give me the thumbs up and the other half the thumbs down, So I am not really sure what to do.
I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on the matter, keep in mind im only 15.
thanks, any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Forget creatine for now. Stick with a proper diet and work hard. Perhaps after a couple of years of hard training, and good diet, you might incorporate creatine into your diet.
Creatine is naturally produced in our system, and being 15 you shouldn't be lacking.

How long have you been working out? Being 15, I would't think that long. Creatine is not some miracle supplement, it is just that, a supplement to a good solid diet and lifting program. If you have just started lifting, you are pretty much wasting your money on creatine. Get some time under your belt, for what creatine can do for you is probably not what you are expecting. You can make fantastic gains without it. At your age your ATP production is probably at max anyway. Creatine is basically for advanced lifters who have long since maxed out their diets and training. After this point, it can give you a boost, but if you use it too soon, will you know if it even worked? Lift and eat now, save the supplements for later.:dumbbell:
