Good Morning e/body!

Please help!

I am new to creatine. I have been drinking it this last week! I am taking is slow for now. Please let me know if this sounds ok!

I am drinking about two-table spoons e/morning and as soon as I get ready for the gym at around 7pm. And that is it. I do not want to overdo it since I am not used to it much! PLEASE HELP ME OUT! =)

Also, is there anything besides creatine that you guys suggest me to get? I am following the program here religiously, besides, my cardio has increased considerably..! I AM DEAD SERIOUS ABOUT THIS PROGRAM! Please help!

If you do a search or read through the supplement posts or the related articles you'll find more than enough info on the loading phases of creatine.

Best person to ask about creatine is Rev8ball. He helped me alot when I was asking about creatine.
