I am new to creatine. I have been drinking it this last week! I am taking is slow for now. Please let me know if this sounds ok!
I am drinking about two-table spoons e/morning and as soon as I get ready for the gym at around 7pm. And that is it. I do not want to overdo it since I am not used to it much! PLEASE HELP ME OUT! =)
Also, is there anything besides creatine that you guys suggest me to get? I am following the program here religiously, besides, my cardio has increased considerably..! I AM DEAD SERIOUS ABOUT THIS PROGRAM! Please help!
