Hi All,
I would like to know whether creatine supplement can be taken by beginners who are just beginning to exercise.

Yep. Absolutely. It won't be worth quite as much to your as an experienced trainee that's hitting plateaus, but it will still be beneficial. Just don't take it if you're under 18.

You really don't have to do the loading phase either.
Save some $$.

If you are just starting, why not reach your genetic potential goals first, or at least get acclimated to training before you start the creatine. YOu will get much better results from it, as its name infers, a supplement. If you take it too early, how will you ever know what good it did? Just my thoughts on things. Believe me, when you have done this for a while, and you reach your sticking points, then you will be looking for something to help you over the proverbial hump. Good luck.
