What kind of creatine do you have? Honestly, I take ProLab's creatine mixed with water or a fruit juice if I have some on hand and can't even taste my creatine. I can drink it with some water and it has no taste. What do you mix your's with?

I think it tastes like sand ! ( but my bench press went up 40 lbs. so I deal with it ) - Try grape juice, the insulin rush is supposed to mkake it absorb more efficiently

Why not mix it with a protein of meal replacement shake? It should be taken with one of those within 45 minutes of ending your workout, for maximum results.

Good Luck

Mixing your creatine with a MRP will help you absorb even more creatine. Arnold is exactly right.
