Hi there........i m taking creatine 3 times a day...one is after brackfast , then after workout around 7 and then after dinner...so is it right way to do ?
Are you trying to load? If so, you usually need 5 5gram doses per day for 5 days. Then you should just need one maintenance dose of 5 grams per day. One step up on this can be one dose before and one immediately after training mixed with a good protein and some L-Glutamine, and you are in there. The choice is yours.
