You're kidding .....right? Creatine isn't a genious. It can't tell abs from biceps. You don't have a profile so I can't guess your age. If you're 15 for instance your body makes all you can use naturally. If you've been lifting less than a year, you're probably wasting your money.

Thanks for nothing charlie. Im 20 years old and still wondering if while being on creatine if it would improve the strength/recovery/image of your abs. By the way charlie maybe you should research a thing or two about abs. It looks like you have a couple spare tires in there.

Creatine will improve strength/maybe a bit more endurance. Recovery comes from proper rest and diet.
Abs will be seen when the muscle is developed and proper diet is utilized to show them.

RM, didn't mean to offend. What I said is true though. Creatine will have the same effect on all the muscles in your body. It won't do anything special for abs. It will do the same thing for your muscles when doing cardio as lifting weights. I had a talk with my doctor a while back and he told me many heart patients benefit from its effect. Heart must be a muscle huh.
You still didn't say how long you have been working out. My point in mentioning your profile was that it's difficult for anybody to give you meaningful help if nothing is known about you.
Your kind words remind me why I don't post more.

Charlie, to those of us who "understand" something about nutrition and getting healthy, you make perfect sense. It is folks who are unknowlegable who make the kind of remarks he did. You in fact in your original post were exactly right on the money.

Oh yeah you can take all the Creatine you would like, if you do not eat right, train right and rest right you will get no where.
