is it safe to mix these pre workout? nothing that will counterbalance or throw off absorption of something in the other?
i usually have my preworkout meal, then 30 mins later take the pak. if i take the creatine (cell-tech is what i have, im prolly gonna swtich to CEE later on if results are good) with this, will this be ok?

oh, and on that note.. i guess i should have asked should i be taking it before or after my workout? i workout in the am primarily, and it recommends 2 scoops in morning and 2 12 hours later OR after a workout (for the loading phase). so would this mean i take it before i workout, then right after i workout (seems like alot), take it before i workout and then at night, or take it after i workout, then at night?

whoa.. ok i did a little more research (guess i jumped the gun a bit) and heres what ive come up with, for my situ

- animal pak 30 mins before workout
- after workout take 2 scoops of cell tech (10 grams) and then whey shake 30- 45 mins after. during loading phase, take another 2 scoops 8- 12 hours later (10 more grams)
- on non workout days, take creatine in morning (say with breaky, 10 grams). during loading phase take another 10 grams 8- 12 hours later.

I'll cycle this for 8 weeks on, then take 3 weeks off and probably switch to some type of creapure, or maybe CEE. someone stop my rambling please..:big_smile:
