Hey. I heard that Creatine, will make you gain 8-10 lbs. of mass a week? Is mass fat or what does this mean? Also, I drink Lean Body 3 times a day, it's a shake with 45 grams of protein and like 25 of carbs. Also I take Ripped Fuel when I work out, i only take 1 pill, half the serving size. My question is will adding Creatine to the mix, harm me in any way and i try to maintain a 2,000 calorie diet. Any help would be great.

Hey esco,
you are fine. Creatine will only add to your progress! However, be aware that the advertised '8-10 pounds' of gains from creatine are 90% water retention. Creatine will aid you however in recovery - therefore progress.
The Lean Body is great. I have taken it as well. I would recommend that you only take 2 a day.. then fill up the rest of your cals with solid food.
Good Luck!

HI esco, I have taken creatine for a long time and I didn't find much improvement. I think everyones body reacts differant to differant supplements. My best progress is from pure old whey protein, of course my age might make a differance too. I'll retain water a lot faster than a young person. As Arnold said it will probably work well for you, give it a try and if it doesn't work don't take it.

Also as Arnold said..Rely more on solid food..you never know if over dosages of different supplements could do you any harm. Amr
