I am just wondering if i should take creatine before a workout then have half my protein shake quickly after the workout then my creatine followed by sipping a little of my prtein at a time for about 25 min. is this the way to go? if not please let me know what you guys or how you guys feel prtein and creatine should be taken...
Also i am a full time student and rarely measure how much water i drink if my urine is clear or very close to that does that mean my body is hydrated and i am consuming enough water? The major problem is, is, how much water you have to consume in a time period that your body will use all of it ans so i wont have to go to the bathroom every 20 min?
