Unfortunately, you will get many varying opinions on the subject. You will even find conflicting opinions in the same bodybuilding magazine. I used to take Cell-Tech within ten minutes after a workout. I've change to spreading my consumption to three times a day (seen some great gains from this). I met Flex Wheeler during a appearance at a supplement store in Phoenix. I heard some one ask him the same question, he said he took it eight times a day! Some people will call that crazy, but abviously it isn't hurting his size. With so many opinions, I think the safest bet is experimentation to see what works the best for you, just like you should do with a workout program.

While I agree with some parts of iceman's other posts, in this regard, I'm in disagreement. Bodybuilders are a helluva lot bigger today than they were 50 years ago. Mainly due to more aggressive drug use along with newer drug technologies (at the upper levels). But supps today do offer distinct advantages, and in my mind, creatine is one of them. Sure you can get about 3-5 grams of carbs from whole foods, but you'd have to eat a 2 1/2 pound steak every day. Some can afford that, others can't. Some won't eat a 2 1/2 pound steak, depending on your goals. Creatine supplements can and do work for many, especially those who don't eat a lot of red meat and deep sea fishes (like mackeral or herring). Having said that, if you're looking for a creatine "boost", I'd definitely consider adding to your post-training shake (which, by the way, should be a combination protein AND carb shake, using a 1:1 ratio up to a 1:3 ratio of protein to carbs).

Sorry for the stupid question, but How do I do a search? You mean just an independent search on the net or one through this site?

I would first click on the search button up above and look what this web site has to offer and you can always look out on the net too. This site has a lot of valuable info.!

Roelof, love your quote! :0) Unfortunately I'm winning the war against solid sh*t. There seems to be no ryme or reason and it's been years. I guess I'll just slowly die of this mysterious disease.
