I know many people think that it is necessary to cycle creatine and I have also done so in the past but it seems like everyone I talk to has different suggestions. Last year when I was using creatine I was on a 3 months on 3 months off cycle someone suggested to me. However, it seemed that during the 3 months off I lost most of my strength gathered during my 3 months on cycle. Is there a specific cycle you guys like to loose to minimize strength loss during the off cycle while still being able to "shock" your body so it is still possible to "feel the creatine"?
