I've just started a new cretine cycle and am in the loading phase now the only question I have is when is the optimum time to take it? Here's the cycle im starting:
Week 1 loading 20g per day
Week 2-4 maintain 10g per day
Week 5 off
Week 6 reload 20g per day
Week 7 maintain 10g per day
Week 8-10 off
Restart Cycle
I find 5 gr. immediately prior and 5 gr. immediately post workouts are optimal. On days off, just one 5 gr. dose per day is sufficient. You may not need to cycle that often, but as you like.
