Hello to all,

I am new to this board and have a question regarding creatine. Is there a difference between Prolab's Creapure, Optimum Nutrition's Creapure and MuscleTech's Cell-Tech creatine? How does the EAS Phosphogen HP product stack up with the others mentioned above? If all are made in Germany from the same facility(skw Trosberg)it seems to me that they would be identical in makeup. Please correct me if I am wrong. Also which one would you recommend? Thanks in advance for your help on this.

I tell ya one thing..... celltech is probably the worst of them all. I tried it and it's basically creatine with lots of sugar. PhosphagenHP is what I'm currently taking along with pure creatine monohydrate. It's only my 6th day back in the cycle but I do feel a quicker recovery time from my workouts but it's kind of early to judge just yet.

I did well on Phosphagen and haven't bothered to try any others. Anything by Optimum is good and I'll probably switch to that as soon as my Phosphagen runs out.
