As far as creatine dosage is concerned,
is it still effective if taken in smaller doses then what is recommended?
Usually it's recommended to take 5gm x 4 times/day x 5 days for loading and 5gm x 2 times/day thereafter.
After doing quite a bit of research on creatine, I don't like the idea of loading and using 20gm of creatine/day.
So if I was to use 5gm - 7gm of creatine/day would that amount still be effective?
Should you be taking creatine on days when you're not working out?
Also, what is the best time to take it and on empty stomach or with food?
I also take Protein and L-Glutamine together with Creatine, they're supposed to work in harmony.
Thank you,
Vitaliy

Yes, but it will take a longer time to load in your system, thus the rational behind loading. Some say load, some no. In the end, it all comes out in the wash.

Thanks bb1fit, and as far as taking creatine on the days when you're not working out, is that something that I should be doing or skip those days?
Thanks

Alrighty, that just about answers it all.
I'm just a little bit more cautious about using creatine.
