Does any one have any suggestions for women taking creatine? I started to take the liquid serum creatine after I researched it and read that liquid is best for females because it does not cause bloating or water retention. After taking it for a couple weeks, I heard that liquid creatine is impossible, that creatine cannot be condensed into a liquid form, and its much like taking a placebo. Any suggestions??

Well I take normal powdery creatine....... AND no water retention or bloating but more energy, more lean muscle mass and less fat are my personal results.
Try your way and you'll find a brand that will work for you.
Good luck!

Unlike Philia, my experience from taking powdered Creatine did cause bloating & water retention. Aaack! I was primarily in the day loading phase, I opted not to bother with it at all. However, I later found out that it may have been due to taking it with juice. So, give the powder a go, but take it with water.
Best of luck.
*there are loads of posts on here as to how/when to take the powder if you do a search you'll find more detailed info that may save you the bloated issue.
