Creatine HSC

I've been starting to train more often lately and currently I'm thinking about taking creatine HSC. But because there are so many different products on the market about creatine it's difficult to make a choice. I'm 20, weigh about 70kg and training approximately 4 times a week. Creatine HSC seemed to me the best choice, any advice?

Creatine HSC is great for post workout. I would not load with it though, or use it on your off days. Way too many insulin spikes. You can of course get by much cheaper with dextrose and maltodextrin, and simple creatine monohydrate. Have your protein drink along with this post workout, and you are taking advantage of the "window of opportunity".

bb1-What is a good dextrose and maltodextrin mix? or better yet, what do you use recommend?

You get dextrose and maltodextrin separately. About $1.90 for 2 lbs. of detrose, and $2.20 fir 2 lbs. of malto. Go to www.vitaglo.com or www.dpsnutrition.com. Another place may be a health food store or a local brew house.
