Out of these three supplements which two work the best together?

creatine and protein because most proteins out there already contain glutamine. but i've heard good things about stacking those 3 at the same time. i used to do that same exact stack and liked it but the glutamine was making me break out like crazy. so i stopped and i cleared up. now i just do protein and creatine and have results that are just as good in my opinion, without the acne.

I would say protein and glutamine. Creatine is great, but 3rd of the "big 3". Protein is of course essential for obvious reasons, and glutamine, even though not an essential amino acid, is a conditionally essential amino acid. In other words, if the pool is low, the body only has one place to get glutamine, and that will be robbing muscle for it. Creatine on the other hand is simply a strength and performance aid. Most proteins if they do have glutamine do not have near enough.

Acne is probably related to a predispostion/genetics. Unless you are taking steroids, I would consult a dermatologist for a concern like that. Supplements will not give you acne...a sudden increase in testosterone levels can which means its temporary...have you had acne for a long time?

I have had it for a little while, but I noticed when I took Twinlab's Andro Nitrate Fuel that my acne did increase a little bit. I can usually keep it under control with a face cleanser but Proactive works the best. I just don't want to have to deal with any more acne if I don't have to. I can't really help the breakouts caused by supplements or other foods so in this case I just don't know what to do cuz not everything affects me in the same way. Thanx for any help here its a struggle sometime.

The problem with taking andro is that it can send hormonal production out of whack, causing a little more acne than usual. It sounds like you are already predisposed to breaking out.

acne is one of the possible side effects of anabolic precursors such as andro.
