hey how are you guys doing i've been working out for about 3 months now and one of my friends insisted i use Creatine MonoHydrate to see results quicker. What do you guys think? I want to see quick results, safely though not using steroids or anything

Taking creatine will give you an added boost in your workouts, resulting in you being able to lift a little more. Will it get you quicker results? Yes, but nothing spectacular. If your at a point where you think you need to use it to get you to the next level then go with CEE(Creatine Ethyl Ester) instead of the monohydrate. Eat right, workout hard and get your rest and you'll see good safe gains.
