I am trying to gain muscle mass as well as burn some fat. I am 5' 11'', 170. I was wondering how to incorporate creatine, glutamine, and whey into my diet. I have heard of eating shakes containing creatine and glutamine before and after a workout, but I don't know where the whey comes in. Should I mix it with the other ingredients of a post workout shake as listed above? Any help is appreciated.

Also try doing a search about those supplements, lots of posts about this.
