creatine monohydrate/gut

edwardocantu Posts: 59 Joined: 2001/12/11	2002/04/07, 02:33 PM maybe its just me..but does anybody else get a bigger gut than what they alreayd have when they take creatine???...maybe its just me..but i swear once i stop taking it my guts seems to go down..and when i start up again...my waste always feels like its gigantic...and i feel fat...its not a great confidence booster...anybody else have the same problem

I barely know anything about creatine since I don't take it but since you have no profile you could tell us more things about your problem.. Like are you on a creatine loading phase.. do you drink lots of water (I forgot.. I think your supposed to do that for creatine?) What about the rest of your diet and exercise when your on creatine?... I may not take creatine but its no short guess that you can't just take creatine and sit there w/ hope that muscle will magically appear...
