I'm currently taking EAS Advantedge creatine, but the stuff doesn't come with nutritional information on the back such as grams of sugar, I was wondering If anyone would recommend taking this with gatorade, or water and where I could find the info.
thanks

I would not recommend taking it at all. This product, although works, only gives you false results. After you quit taking it, 90% of the gains go away. So unless you plan on taking it for the rest of your life, I would say save your money!! Not to mention the risks of heat related injuries from dehydration. You have to take in at least 110 ounces of water while on this product. However, the water that you take in is locked into your muscles and cannot be used by the body for hydration. Not a healthy alternative to good old fashioned hard work and dedication!!! Just my two cents!!!!

So, your saying that it doesn't work even though its the most commonly used sports supplement by atheletes and even body builders? I think i'll hear another opinion

I started working out on about June 28. I used machines for about 2 months, and began free weights pretty much right around August. I gained maybe 3 lbs while using the machines. When I began freeweights, I would take the creatine with the sugars in it that tasted like fruit punch before I worked out, and then again after I worked out along with a protein shake. The gains were amazing, in just one 8 week program of doing this I have gained roughly 15 lbs total. I will have to admit though at my age, the effects of Creatine that I will get will be extremely minimal, but it does help to use the sugar it has in it to shuttle some of that protein in fast PWO. I pretty much only take Creatine on my workout days because the stuff I have tastes pretty dang nasty. I also have a program split that has been pretty proven to work for my body type. Many people have made amazing, safe gains with Creatine, and the only side effects or bad stories I have heard of involve people misusing it or taking too much. You really don't have to drink exorbitant amounts of water while you're on Creatine either, though if you do decide to go on the loading phase prepare to urinate a lot.

take it 5g a day....try 2.5g before workout and 2.5g after....i suggest taking it with gatordade or lemonade mix...it's absosrbed better with more sugary drinks....don't take it with caffeinated products within same hour....you'll get increased urge to drink...aim for gallon a day...although you'll be fine with half that as longas you don't do a lot of cardio....

Lawnguy has a very good point...once you stop taking creatine you'll lose the extra water trapped in your muscles and lose 5-10lb....and you'll lose considerable strength....I have been taking creatine consistantly for about 3 years....it's been fine..I take just regular monohydrate.....I have never really deloaded but I have gone a week or so 4-7 days taking it in spots....and I definitely feel the effects...(lost bodyweight, strength)....

be prepared to urinate more frequently until you adjust to the extra water intake....

I've used it both ways but normally only load when first getting back on a cycle. In either case, my logs don't show any different results, your milage may vary.:)

I don't take Creatine regularly and I haven't really lost any weight... you won't lose any weight unless you gained some during your loading phase most likely... and if you don't gain much during your loading phase then most likely your body produces adequate Creatine already, but again, it depends on your age.

You all have to remember, creatine is not a miracle supplement like it is made out to be. It is a natural substance made throughout our lives daily in the liver by combining 3 amino acids. You are simply topping off natural stores.

Many folks these days do not cycle creatine at all. It is not harmful in any way, and they simply "reload". Now with CEE for instance, this is not necessary(the loading phase)

If you are doing plain monohydrate and it fits in your budget, by all means do both.
