I am a 36 year old male 5'9" and 155lbs - looking to build some muscle mass and tone my body. Which will give me the quickest results creatine or whey protien - I lift 2x day, 4-5 days week for about 30 minutes. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
I think that you are over training - 2x per day 4-5 days - your muscles do not get any rest to grow. eat right, train with intensity and get plenty of rest. that will get you results but nothing will be "quick"
