Is it really beneficial to buy creatine drink mixes such as Cell Tech or other types which are way way more expensive than just regular powder, there is a HUGE difference in price, is there also a huge diff in effectiveness?

Stay away from liquid creatine, if that is what you are asking as far as pre mixed. Just use a pure creatine monohydrate, micronized if you can find it. Everyone has their favorites, but noones favorite will be liquid!

Sorry, the mixed you are reffering to is mixed with some sort of "sugar", it will not say that, but that is what it is, no matter what name they call it, and it is normally for uptake. This regimine is completely up to you. If fat loss is not an issue to you, then no problem. If it is, you may think twice about the "mixed" types and opt for pure creatine. Hope this helps.

I am currently about 227 lbs 6 feet 3 inches, I would like to see my weight at about 215 so I would like to become leaner.
