I have read other post that you can mix creatine and protein powder and make it one drink after you workout. The creatine i have says to mix it with some type of grape juice and protein with milk. I don't want to drink two big glasses of stuff after i workout, so is it still okay to add the creatine to milk?

I would ditch the milk idea, just mix the protein and creatine with a high glycemic carb drink. You should get the results you are after.
