It's helped me but it's not the 'miracle' supplement that some make it out to be. Not anyone here (most here are pretty straight forward about it), but I had heard some pretty wild claims before. It helps me most during the workout (I can get an extra rep or two, get a better pump, etc). For the money, not bad. If I had to choose between creatine or whey, I'd get whey in a heartbeat. It still comes down to diet and hard work in the end. Maybe someone else has a better testimonial for the product?

Maria, it helps if you fill out your profile. We're shootin in the dark here. Supplements make up about 5% in Where you probably want to go. Eating right, working hard and resting properly make up 95%. If you are new to this get the 95% first. Welcome to FT. Tell us about yourself.
