ok i know creatine has been scientifically proven to improve size/strength and whatnot... but if u stop taking it do ur results go away or diminish at least... i was thinking about taking creatine but if i stop taking and i lose my gains its not worth it imo...1 more thing, does creatine replace protein shakes or u take creatine in addition to the protein

if you stop taking it you may lose some size, but will retain the strength benefits you gained (if any) while on it.

creatine has nothing to do with protein shakes. if you're considering taking creatine, take it immediately after your workout, followed up 30- 45 minutes later with a protein shake.

If you decide to take creatine follow the directions on the bottle. Your body naturally produces creatine, that is why you have to cycle with it, so that your body does not stop producing it's own. Once you stop taking creatine you will notice a size difference but this is due to the loss of water not muscle. Creatine retains water giving your muscles a swolen feeling, but any muscle gains made while on the supplement will stay.
