I have heard so many conflicting reports concerning creatine, ripped fuel, and so many other products. Some people say creatine gets real results and others say it is a joke and just fills you with water. A friend of mine suggested 'ripped fuel' from GNC, but then I read that IT was no good! What are the facts? What actually works?
PS: I don't want a 'as long as you work out' answer. I am assuming working out rigorously, and eating healthy.
