What are these used for and do they have a place in a fat loss, gain muscle program.

Complete waste of money...stay away from liquid creatine -- they simply don't work. I believe this particular company went under.

Not sure about this product's "thermogenic" capabilities since I've never tried it (especially if it's the same company that marketing the liquid creatine). Is it supposed to help you lose weight and increase metabolism? Of course, I would always prefer to do these naturally.
