Ok i'v been taking creatine monohydrate for a week now. Now I have started to get these symtoms, i'am having hard time breathing. I dunno if it is creatine or not that is casuiong this because when i first took creatine for the first week i did not experience this kind of problem. The first sign i had was my chest tighting up it felt like someone was squeezing my chest and i felt that i lost air. Then next day i was breathing fine, but then i took 2 capsules of creatin (700mg for each capsule) and then i mixed 2 glutamines (750 mg each capsule) before my workouts, then i'd mix 3 creatine capsules and 2 glutamines after workout. So I kept doing this the next day and the next day and ibeen havin this feeling and its hard to breath. I been having this problem since yesterday. so thats 2 days. I hope it goes away tomorow. Well Im gona stop usin creatine until this pain goes away and take 1 or 2 before workingout

I am no pro here but something sounds serious. If I had those symptoms I would think I was having a heart attack! I've never heard of creatine causing that type of problem but then again everyone is different. For your own peace of mind lay off of the stuff until someone more knowledgeable can answer your question and if it continues see a doctor. Could be something that needs to be looked at. Or it could be an interaction. Remember the idea is to improve your physical well-being. Good Luck

Good idea to lay off the Creatine. But as said already, go see a doctor.

Not good; Better to quit the crap and save your money.

Good point INTRUDER!!...it sounds like the old plecibo effect. Now you are so caught up in thinking you're gonna have breathing problems every time you take creatine, that your mind tricks you into thinking you can't breathe properly every time you take it...seen it a million times. If you legitimately have a breathing problem, I'm pretty confident it has nothing to do with the creatine (physically). Maybe you have some anxiety about something. Look into it.
