hi guys! i m using creatine 4 the 1st time! plesae guie me that can i load for abt 2 days instead of 4 and what abt the off days ..... should itake it in maintanance phase on off daya also or when ever i workout and when is the best time in the day to take it. any advice will be helpful . thanx in advance

Hey.. welcome to the site. Try a search for "creatine", you'll find tons of information.
My advice to you if this is the first time you are trying creatine is to load it for the full 4-5 days. Then only take 5-10 grams right after your workout. This is the most effective method. I recommend that you add 5-10 grams of glutamine at the same time, it makes a significant difference.

hi again hey arnold i have a pack of creatine transport of gnc proproformance 1 kg and it contains 28 servings each containing 5 gms of creatineand 23 gms of carbs and if i load for 4 days then it takes 16 servings and the remaining 12 serving for maintance, is it enough to have this , or can i take creatine of any other brand aeter finishing this pack in maintanance phase. also tell me that should i take creatine on off days also or not.

You can substitute creatine brands if you like. I've had good results with MuscleTech's Cell-Tech (a comparable creatine transport powder), although it was a bit expensive. But now I use ProLab's plain old white creatine powder.
During both the loading and maintenance phases, you'll need to take it on your off days as well. On off days, I took mine (Cell-Tech) in the morning. However, when I switched to the white powder, I took 5g (1 teaspoon) in the morning and 5g in the afternoon.
It is recommended that you cycle this supplement. Take it for about 6-8 weeks, then go off it for a week, then load again thereafter.
