bb1 insists it's not a waste of money as long as you take large enough dosages.....9g for 200lb and under individuals, and 12g for 200lb+ individuals a day....Nitrix NO...it comes to like 100 dollars almost a month to get these types of dosages tho...

Please don't misquote me! I never said that. I simply replied to your post about it to your mention of underdosing on supplements. If you notice in that post, I said I do not endorse Nitrix, which was the supplement being discussed. I did refer to the underdosing of supplements in general, and then saying they don't work. As far as the 9 gr. per day, that was L-Arginine(which I noted has been in use for many years), and has nothing to do with Nitrix. Again, please do not put words out there I did not say. I saw this post and if I wanted to respond to it I would have.

oh i apologize...I didn't even really mean to say Nitrix...I should have stated it more generally ...'arginine'(I was just thinking, and name of that brand popped into my head)....didn't mean to misquote you bb1...I think I also poorly chose my words 'insisted' should have been 'suggested'...I think I just poorly phrased the whole thing...like I said didn't mean to...sorry
