I was thinking about starting to supplement creatine, but I just started taking C2, which contains a good amount of caffeine. Do you think I should still take creatine? Also, does creatine actually make you bloated (i've heard people say that it makes you look kind of fat)? I'm trying to gain lean muscle mass while losing extra fat i've stored up. So I was thinking about doing the following:

8:00am --> 2 C2 & 1 cAmp
8:30am --> 46g protein shake

11:00am --> 2 C2, 1 cAmp, & 5g creatine
11:45-1pm --> Workout

1:15pm --> 1) Down half of my 69g protein/25g dextrose/25g malto shake.
2) Down 5g creatine.
3) Sip protein/dextrose/malto shake for 1 hour.

6:30pm --> 2 cAmp
Does that sound okay to do? Will the creatine and C2 offset? Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

The creatine shouldn't have any bearing on the other supps. Personally, I take creatine before and after the workout but I can point you to dozens of sites that will both confirm and deny that statement. I have several years worth of training logs that show substantial improvement in strength and mass gains while on it so that's good enough for me. Someone else might have more to offer but I've been taking C2 for 2 months after cAMP for one month and have had the best cut cycle I've ever had. What's been amazing to me is the increase in strength while dropping 25 lbs in body weight.

Hit the post button to quickly. I've never had a problem with bloating and haven't had anyone I know say they had a problem. I have heard a few people in the gym griping about it but I'm pretty sure their bloating had nothing to do with creatine. More likely the amount of food they were eating based on their waist sizes.

Thanks for the advice Mike! What do you think is the best type of creatine to get (and from where)? I know some people that tried the CEE type in pill form, but said that it didn't work as well as the powder one.

There are several on-line sites if you prefer to order that way but I just get mine at GNC because of convenience and a lady friend then gets me a good discount. :)

Do you just get regular mono or the cee kind? Also, is the powder better than the pills?

Just the regular mono. At least that way you know what you're getting and it's cheaper.
