Could I take creatine on its own (with juice of course) or do I always have to mix it with glutamine. I've been told to always take both creatine and glutamin together.

I remember reading somewhere that it's beneficial to take glutamine 15 min. after taking creatine.

If it is post workout, then there is no issue, it will be fine, even along with your protein. Glutamine by the way in my research is best when on a "cut", or diet, whichever you prefer to call it. Trying to preserve lean mass. Other than that, just regular or if you are trying to gain, you may be able to save some money.

BB1fit--so if I take them both pre-workout, would that be fine?

Yes, and after workout. If you are trying to gain, so in other words eating a good amount of calories, then you may be able to save some money and not use glutamine. Glutamine in my opinion is best when dieting, shedding fat while saving lean tissue. Creatine works well before and after training for good gains. Don't forget your post workout shake.
