My Supplement intake routine (after creatine loading): I take 5g creatine mixed with 5g glutamine (both in powder form). 30 minutes later I drink a whey protein shake. After 10 minutes, I workout. Post workout, I again take creatine mixed with glutamine (both 5g each). That is my daily schedule. Am I doing this correctly in terms of my supplement intake? please give me any advice or opinions.
