I'm 19 years old and i've never taken any suplements. I play college baseball and I want to get stronger but not lose flexability. I am trying to decided if i should take andro or creatine. I was wondering what your guys thoughts are on the two and if you could recoment a brand or two. Also if i should take anything w/ it such as protein or glutamine. thanks matt

Protein and creatine are excellent. Protein is essential for lean tissue repair and growth. A protein supplement is invaluable if you cannot get all your protein needs through food, and mainly for immediately post workout for quick absorbtion. No food digests as fast as a whey isolate. Creatine can aid with your power and explosiveness. As far as prohormones go, especially at your age I would not do them. Not only have they not been ever proven to build an ounce of muscle, they may actually be detremental at your age. Just my opinion. Glutamine at best I would save, if at all useful it is on "cutting" diet.

As far as genetics go, the skies the limit. You are limited only by your mental perception of it.
