I was wondering if I took creatine for about a month and my strength increased, so did my muscle size. If I stopped using Creatine would my strength decrease, and would my muscle size. Please Respond ASAP.

When ever i cycle creatine i never really notice a huge difference when i'm on and when i'm off. I just notice the burn faster in my workouts. But i sugest that you take time off from creatine now and then so your body does'nt get used to it.

Yes.. you're strength and muscle size will decrease slightly. You do keep most of your gains however if you keep training hard and eating plenty. You must remember that creatine simply gives you a boost so that you may train harder.. and when you train harder you make bigger gains. It is these gains that you should hold onto. Creatine is recommended to take after every workout . Do not load it, it is not needed. However, creatine should be only taken for aprox. 8-12 weeks.. then you take 2-3 weeks off, since your body will adapt to it.

Good luck!

yep it would I don`t know about the strength but the muscle, let me re phrase that the water from your muscle would go away.
I took creatine once not even for the whole cycle I got nice pump and strength increased but after 2 weeks I stopped and I maintained the strength but the pump was gone...it`s al in your head.....

don't listen to bore he's a retard. No you won,t decrease in any way , except your latic acid will build up quicker, which will cause muscle failure quicker. The only way your strength or size will decrease is if you quit lifting, aren't getting at least 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight, or your not giving your muscles rest.
