For pure muscle and strength gain...what it best...the Pure Creatine...w/no other supplements like Taurine, L-Glutamine, and other stuff...or the creatine blends w/ the other stuff in it?

Stick with good ol' fashioned food. It's the best muscle builder around.

only reason i asked...is because i used cell tech...a while ago...and i got a lil stronger and more defined...but it seemed like it had so much sugar and other stuff

I would say CEE Creatine Ethyl Ester from what I have read up on and I like it going on my second week of it.

Taste isn't great but I'm not out for taste and it's just a half teaspoon.

Results of taste for me!

CEE has nothing in it but Creatine!

I saw impressive gains in strength and energy levels on CEE but paying £35.00 a month wasn't worth it so I'm sticking with good old fashioned creatine mono. Once you muscles are saturated with it, works just as well.

I just started taking creatine after finishing a 10-week cycle. I'll let ya know what the results are after another 10-week gain cycle.
