Day 2-
Meal 1- Whey protein shake with a bannana
Meal 2 instant quaker oatmeal in water with a little bit of casein protein mixed in it. A serving of watermelon flavored bcaa's
Meal 3- 4 soft boiled eggs, yolks and whites. 2/3 of my multi vitamin. 1 gram of st. johns wort.
Meal 4- lettuce, a crapload of chicken with a crapload of melted jalopeno cheese loaded on it.
Pre workout- 500mg of ginseng, 1 gram of tripple royal jelly, 3 fishoil pills and some bcaa's. I filled a half gallon of water and drank it pre, during, and after the workout.
Post workout-3g creatine that had a little added dextrose, can of tuna loaded with ketchup and finished off the remaining of the bcaa's watermelon flavor
Meal 5- couple slices of pre-roasted chicken and I added some hotsauce to it.
Meal 6- Casein protein shake. 3 grams fishoil. Last 1/3 of vitamin, some marine lipids.
