Wide Grip Pulldowns 5x5
Shrugs 5x5

TUESDAY - Legs, Biceps

Front Squat: 5x5
Leg Ext: 4x6
Hamstring Curls 5x5
Bicep Curls 5x5

THURSDAY - Shoulders, Triceps

Close Grip Bench: 5x5
Standing Dumb Bell Press: 5x5
Military Press 5x5
Dumbell Lateral Raises 5x5

FRIDAY - Chest, Back, Biceps

Bench Press 5x5
Upright Rows 5x5
One Arm Row: 3x8
Bicep Curls 5x5
