When entering values into the database on freetrainers.com what do you use as a weight input. Do you just use your body weight? How does that apply to crunches?

I input '0' unless I'm actually holding a weight during the exercise... I don't think it matters as long as you are consistent.. keep in mind, your body weight can change throughout the day!

As long as you are consistent with how you choose to enetr it, that is what is important.
Crunches I would leave empty unless you are holding a med ball or dumb bell.
Chin-ups put your bodyweight, if that is what you are using.
Sissy squats, are you using any weight? I hold a dumbbell on my hipbones when i do them and enter that as the weight, otherwise If you are using now weight, i guess I would leave it blank.

If you fall down seven times, get up eight.
