Hi, my name is Mat and I'm 19 years old. I just got to college and have already started seeing the freshman 15 creep up on me. I'm bound to stop it. I've started browsing this site and created a fitness plan. While my schedule doesn't allow for exact following of it at this moment, I am going to make it work one way or the other. I am also running 3 days a week.

People love to make news years resolutions, but I'm going to keep mine.

Welcome Mat - Personally I think the hardest part about all of is really wanting it. Sounds like you're half way there.

Welcome, Matt, have you checked out the free exercise and nutrition programs here at FT? If you go fill out your profile you can set that all up and they are real good!

I did today and will be starting on monday. It seems to fit my schedule very nicely. Training 3 days a week and light cardio on my days off. Thanks!
