I AM DIET AND EXCERSIZE ILLITERATE, I'M NOT VERY GOOD WITH EITHER AND WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE THAT. I'VE BEEN READING SOME OF THE OTHER POSTS AND ALOT OF THEM HAVE NO RESPONSES, THAT IS NOT SO ENCOURAGING.... I GUESS IM HOPING SOME ONE CAN ENLIGHTEN ME ON SELF MOTIVATION WITH A LITTLE ENCOURAGEMENT. I JUST FINISHED MY FITTNESS/NUTRITION PROFILES AND AM NOT SURE WHAT TO DO NEXT. MY EXCERSIZE PLAN DOESNT SHOW ME STARTING TIL NEXT WEEK. WHAT CAN I DO TO GEAR UP OR PREPARE OR GET ME GOING TIL THEN??? ANY FEEDBACK WOULD BE APPRECIATED!
