Hi everybody...how's it going? I'm new at this site, so try not to laugh as you read. My goal is to lose extra fat and tone up but at the same time i want to keep my bodily curves. Is it possibly and if so, how?

Incorporate one of the weight routines from freetrainers into your lifestyle. And proper diet will go with it. You will then have the results you want.

Nobody is going to laugh here. We are all here because we know we can improve the way we look and feel. Glad to have you with us. Ivan is giving you good advice, get on one of the weight routines under the "Excercise Program" link. If you strengthen your muscles they will burn more calories, even while you relax. In addition to getting on a "proper diet" drink as much water as you can and avoid salt to keep from retaining it.
