on my breakdown the site gave me, it says:
pro: 227 g
carb:454 g
fats: 37 g
cal: 3024

is this too high on the carbs to lose max amount of weight? if i do adjust the carbs then im thinking all the other should be adjusted also. Please let me know as i am beginning in earnest monday while getting familiar with site. I saw a thread earlier that suggested to lose weight the carbs should not be so high. Also, how do i get in touch with a specific person for advice? Thanks

Don't panic !
I read somewhere that you need your body weight x 17 = the calories needed to maintain your current weight. Then to lose weight cut back calories about 500-700 per day.
That may put it into perspective.
Forget about the drastic cuts because that just slows your metabolism to a crawl. Eat healthy "close to nature" foods several times per day (5 or 6) to keep your metabolism humming - and don't forget to MOVE. Good Luck
